Copenhagen, Dec. 18, 2009. Today is the last day of the COP15 climate summit and Oxfam GB has created the following Experts Live Blog– think of it as a twitter stream for the well informed.
The live blog will run through the day and feature policy experts posting and trying to make sense of today’s proceedings.
In addition to the play-by-play, the goal of this is to help put things in context and give a reality-check to any spin coming out.
